What is your previous experience in quality improvement?

In my previous roles as a health care consultant and healthcare provider, I’ve been primarily focused on the business side of practices – helping them to find ways to constantly improve their quality as well as other implement additional efficiencies.

What excites you about SNE-PTN?

What excites me most is the opportunity to use my problem solving skills to help address the real life problems faced by clinicians trying to transform their practices in meaningful ways.

What is your greatest accomplishment in creating system-wide change?

My greatest accomplishment was helping an entire health system to design operational changes – in a budget neutral way – to ensure that they were in alignment with new payment reform regulations.

What is your experience in health care?

For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked with both providers as well as complex health systems across a wide variety of specialty lines – including medical imaging, medical oncology, and radiation oncology – to improve their practices and patient care.
